Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a properly completed copyright infringement notice, SacredSabbats may take one or more of the following actions:

Remove or disable access to the material identified in the complaint.
Notify the individual or party responsible for posting the content that it has been removed or restricted.
Suspend or terminate access to our website for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or our policies.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled in error, or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Your counter-notification should include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, along with its location on the website before it was removed.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, affirming that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement confirming that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court in your judicial district (or, if you reside outside the United States, the jurisdiction where SacredSabbats conducts business) and that you agree to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright complaint.

Review of Counter-Notifications

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may provide a copy to the party who submitted the original copyright claim.

Unless the copyright owner initiates legal proceedings seeking a court order to prevent restoration of the content, SacredSabbats may restore the removed material or re-enable access to it within 10 to 14 business days, or within another reasonable timeframe permitted under applicable law.

Repeat Infringer Policy

SacredSabbats maintains a policy of terminating, when appropriate, the accounts or access privileges of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. We also reserve the right to remove any content that we reasonably believe violates the intellectual property rights of others.
