Shipping policy

1. Shipping Availability

SacredSabbats currently ships only within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

At this time, we are unable to deliver to:

International destinations
U.S. territories
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO military addresses

Orders submitted with a shipping address outside our service area will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Complimentary Standard Shipping

We proudly provide Free Standard Shipping on every eligible U.S. order.

No coupon code, membership, or minimum purchase is required. Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout.

The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay, with no additional shipping or handling charges.

3. Daily Order Processing Cut-Off

Orders that are successfully placed and paid before 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST – Denver, GMT-07:00), Monday through Friday, will enter processing on the same business day.

Orders received:

After 2:00 PM MST
On weekends
On U.S. public holidays

will begin processing on the next available business day.

4. Production & Personalization Time

Every product is individually made after your order is received and personalized according to the information you provide.

Production Time

Minimum: 1 Business Day
Maximum: 3 Business Days

Production Schedule

Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Once production begins, you'll receive an email confirming that your order is being prepared.

5. Shipping Transit

After production is complete, your package will be shipped using one of our trusted delivery partners, selected according to the fastest and most reliable service available for your location.

Tracking Information

Every shipment includes a tracking number. Once your package leaves our facility, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Most customers receive their orders within 3–8 business days from the date the order is placed.

Estimated delivery consists of:

Production Time + Shipping Transit Time

Example

Order placed Monday at 1:00 PM (MST)

→ Production begins Monday

→ Ships between Tuesday and Thursday

→ Estimated arrival between Thursday and the following Tuesday

Please note that delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

7. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered during checkout, SacredSabbats cannot guarantee free replacement or reimbursement for packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly.

If you notice an address mistake after submitting your order, please contact us within 12 hours. We will make every effort to update the information before production or shipment begins.

8. Shipping Delays, Lost Packages & Damaged Deliveries

Unexpected Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Severe weather
Carrier operational issues
High holiday shipping volumes
Other transportation disruptions

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

After reviewing the situation and working with the shipping carrier, we will arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement when applicable, at no additional cost to you.
